Something you might not know about Zaza is that she is also a Remote Viewer (a psychic medium). Her work in the field has led her to reconnect families together from one reality to the next. Zaza has written two books about her work and experience and co-written a third one under the name Isabelle Chauffeton Saavedra. Her books can be found on her Amazon page.
One day, she was asked to reach out to a man in a coma, with no other information given. What happened next was an amazing detailed reading that gave his family the assurance he could somehow see and hear what they were doing for him. It was such an inspirational moment for Zaza that she felt compelled to write a song about it. Because this is the kind of songs for which French lyrics would flow beautifully, she and Dani decided to record two versions. One in French and one in English. These are the 2 versions, French first. Meet Dustin...
On April 30th, my wonderful friends came to support me for my last gig at Hannibal's. We had so much fun and the energy was amazing! On to new adventures! Thank you my dear friends!

Once again, Zaza teamed up with award winning composer Dani Donadi to create this masterpiece of genre. Drawing inspiration from the late 60's famous sound tracks using harpsichord, from epic western music by Master Ennio Morricone, and from a mix of Parisian burlesque, Native sounds and revolutionary drum rolls, Zaza and Dani created a song promoting a #REVOLUTION of peace in the world!
The result is quite phenomenal! As one of the listeners said on Youtube: "I love it. A mix of Gaga and Florence and the machine." Music: Dani Donadi and Zaza Lyrics: Zaza Arranged and produced by Dani Donadi, Donadi Music Productions It was an amazing ceremony filled with emotions and humor. The brave men, American veterans of WWII, were one by one, made Knight of the Legion of Honor by the General Consul of France Mr. Philippe Létrilliart.
Zaza sung both anthems at Hannibal's / Chez Vincent. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Come many to witness this beautiful event! WWII Veterans will be made Knights in the National Order of the Legion of Honor, the highest French Distinction which was originally created to reward eminent military and civil merits in the service of France. I am honored to have been invited by the General Consul of France Mr. Philippe Létrilliart, to perform both anthems "La Marseillaise" and "The Star Spangled Banner" during the ceremony. Please join us and be part of this unique and incredible event. April 15th - 2:00 pm - Chez Vincent/Hannibal's Lounge in Winter Park, FL. 533 W New England Ave, Winter Park, FL 32789 Ph: 407 599 2929 I was proudly invited to perform for both rallies One With Paris in Orlando and Winter Park, FL, organized and presided by the Honorary Consul of France Brigitte Dagot. Both nights were a beautiful tribute to the victims of the #parisattacks and the courage, selflessness and resilience of the Parisians and all the people touched by this tragedy. After the heartfelt interventions and speeches from Mayor Teresa Jacobs, Congressman John Mica, Honorary Consul of France Brigitte Dagot, and Father Vernoy, I ended the ceremony by singing La Marseillaise, the French anthem, followed by two songs that I dedicated to humanity and the people of Paris (Hallelujah by Leonard Cohen and La vie en Rose by Edith Piaf). After those 3 songs, because the show must go on and we will not stop enjoying life, I continued singing and entertaining the wonderful crowd that had gathered in Unity to show support for the values of the Republic: Liberty, Equality and Fraternity. For the second time Zaza sat with award winning music composer Dani Donadi to write this powerful song as a cry to stop wars around the world in the name of all the children. Inspired by the constant bombarding of news media, relentlessly showing children suffering around the world, Zaza decided to write a song for them.
As they worked together on the music, it became obvious to Dani and Zaza that the song also had to have children singing in it. And when it was time to produce the video, the choice was made to give the screen to the children! The video WARS is out. Zaza says" I am very proud of the performance of our beautiful children who understood deeply the meaning of my lyrics. Let's hope that compassion and understanding will be taught to the next generations to replace hatred and pointless violence which leave the children of the world robbed of their childhood and right to happiness."
Skedaddle is not the first song that Zaza and award winning music composer Dani Donadi have worked on together, but it is the first that created a buzz and generated an outpour of acclaims from local Orlando peeps. This outpour of love convinced us that we needed to shoot a video.
This is Skedaddle, the video, made with the lowest budget in the history of music videos, because it relied entirely on friends' talents, time and generous contributions of props and equipment! Get your dancing shoes on and click here: |
